Instead of working through the typical design process that takes WEEKS (sometimes MONTHS) of back-and-forth communication for content, design revisions, and more to get a project done, WHAT IF you could have a DEDICATED DAY (or two) on the calendar to knock it out instead?
VIP Design Day is an intensive that provides you with an exclusive focused date in our schedule to knock out your design needs quickly so you can move forward on growing your business, making sales, and having the impact you want!

How Does It Work?
Pick a day that works for you from the calendar. Keep in mind that you’ll have 3-4 weeks of prep work to complete before we can work together including strategy calls and that all of your content is ready to go for your day.
Make sure to choose a date where you’ll be available to communicate with us throughout the day for revisions, feedback, etc. Secure your date with a 50% deposit.
Step 1: Book Your Date
After you schedule your VIP day, check your email for a confirmation and a service contract.
In your confirmation will be an additional link to schedule your brainstorm call.
Our brainstorm call is a way for us to get to know you and your business' needs. We go through a series of questions with you and are able to ask follow ups. This will insure that we are able to provide quality into your designs to better serve you!
Step 2: Brainstorm Call
We'll send you any clarifying questions that have come up in addition to a file-uploader link for filler information to be added to the website.
Any content we don't receive will be left with filler text (Lorem Ipsum) or stock photos for your completion.
Step 3: Complete The Prep Work
We’ll start off the day with a virtual kick-off call in the morning to go over your project. For branding projects, we’ll present two branding and logo concepts followed by one round of edits.
For website design projects, we’ll start with designing your homepage and present it to you. Once approved, we’ll work on the other pages of your site and send it your way for a round of revisions. From there, we’ll do all the technical stuff needed behind the scenes and prepare your site for launch!
Once everything is approved, we’ll send you the final invoice which is due upon receipt. We will then follow with an email and a Dropbox link to all of your files and assets for future use.
Step 4: Design Day & Launch
Once we’ve completed our day together, you’ll have a week to reach out for any support, tech or troubleshooting questions!
Wondering what happens if your project needs extra work beyond your VIP day? Simple - we can add-on additional prepaid hours to make sure everything is completed to your satisfaction and looks AMAZING!
